Our Story
Satisfy Your Cravings
An Island Fusion Cuisine combining flavors from different islands in the Pacific Rim using French Technique. Each menu item was created by Chef Jimi Lasqute who has been a chef for over 30 years.
Chef Jimi Lasquete is a classically trained French Chef of Filipino heritage who specializes in Pacific Rim and Hawaiian-fusion cuisine. In his earlier years of cooking, he was trained by some of Northern California’s best chefs at Evans American Gourmet in South Lake Tahoe working alongside with Chef Evan Williams and Evan Smith. He has learned the classic cooking styles of French cuisine. From there, he toured the Bay Area and cooked for the Queen of California cuisine Chef Alice Watters. He also has a brief stint at Aqua in San Francisco for Chef Micheal Mina.He moved to Hawaii to pursue his roots of Pacific Cuisine since Hawaii is the melting pot of Pacific Rim.
He was the Executive Chef for Lanai City Bar and Grill, owned by Larry Ellison who also the Island of Lanai.
